Silicon Nitride Bonded Sic plate is made of high quality synthetically made silicon carbide grains (SIC) andselected bonding components, including nitride, Si3N4 as material,After drying, sintering in high temperature furnace to form. It's Maximum service temperature is 1,550°C, and especially suitable at the long time firing between 1,200~1,550°C range.
